*Non-Refundable Policy
All payments for warrant search services are final and non-refundable. Once a search has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. The only exception to this policy is if an error occurs due to incorrect information provided on the search form. In such cases, we will offer a free re-search to correct any discrepancies, provided that the error is brought to our attention within 3 business days of receiving the results.
The information you provide on this Form will be used solely for the purpose of conducting a warrant or background search as requested by you. We will handle your information with the utmost care and in compliance with applicable laws.
