refund POLICY

Effective Date: December 11, 2025

All fees paid for warrant searches and related services on TXWarrants.com are non-refundable once search results have been successfully generated and delivered to the customer.

Limited Refund Eligibility

At our sole discretion, a full or partial refund may be issued only in the following rare circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Orders – The same search was unintentionally processed and paid for more than once within a short period.
  2. Technical Error on Our Side – A verifiable system failure prevented us from completing and delivering the requested search.
  3. Failure to Deliver Within Advertised Timeframe – Results were not provided within the delivery window clearly stated at the time of purchase (typically 24–48 hours for standard searches).

Complimentary Re-Search (Courtesy Policy)

As a customer-service courtesy — and not an obligation — we will provide one free re-search within 30 days of the original purchase if a significant delay, formatting issue, or minor inaccuracy attributable to us caused inconvenience. This does not constitute a refund of the original fee.

How to Request a Refund or Re-Search

All refund or re-search requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of order completion to: Email: info@txwarrants.com Subject line: “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Requests must include your full name, email used for the order, order number, and a brief explanation of why you believe you qualify under one of the three conditions above. We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds, when applicable, will be returned to the original payment method.

Chargebacks or disputes filed with your bank or payment processor without first contacting us may result in permanent loss of access to TXWarrants.com.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version posted here applies to all purchases.
