General private search questions

Before you submit

Will the person I’m searching be notified?

No. We never alert the subject of a search, and we don’t share your information with courts, law enforcement or anyone else.

Can the search guarantee that no warrant exists?

No search can guarantee that. Results depend on what courts and agencies have published at the time of the search. Always confirm a possible match — or a clear result you’re relying on — with the issuing court.

What if I entered incorrect information?

Reply to your confirmation email or contact support with your reference number as soon as possible, and we’ll update the request before research begins.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider, over 256-bit encryption. You enter your card on Stripe’s secure checkout page — TX Warrants never sees or stores your card details.
